Eric LarsonEric Larson
Mr. Larson has almost 20 years of experience working in the automotive and technology industries with public and private companies. He has been with 5square since it's inception, and has been instrumental in helping set the company strategy and direction. Mr. Larson leads all sales, support, product, marketing, and financial activities at 5square. He is also serves as an advisor to Folsom Lake Nissan and has worked with them since their purchase by the current ownership group.

In addition to his work with 5square and Folsom Lake Nissan, he has worked with or been a consultant for many automotive related companies including: JD power and Associates (now a McGraw-Hill Company), Superior Industries (NYSE:SUP), Racing Champions Inc (Now RC2, Nasdaq:RCRC) and Diamond Ridge Motor Sports.

Prior to joining 5square.com, Mr. Larson served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Nomadix, Inc., acquired by MagiNet, a leading venture backed suppler to the Wi-Fi public internet access market. In that role, he provided leadership, vision and strategic direction for the company during periods of significant growth and change. Additionally, he was responsible for all general and administrative functions of the company, including finance, legal, investor relations, IT, human resources, tax, treasury, and business development. During his tenure, Mr. Larson was responsible for several rounds of venture and debt financing and for helping strike key OEM relationships. These accomplishments helped the company received numerous awards as one of the fastest growing companies in the LA area including a fourth place ranking on Deloitte & Touche's "Technology Fast 50". Mr. Larson also acted as a member of the company's Office of the President.

Before joining Nomadix, Mr. Larson spent nine years at Arthur Andersen L.L.P. where he served as Manager in its Enterprise Division. While at Arthur Andersen, Mr. Larson specialized in audit and business consulting services for automotive, high technology and manufacturing companies ranging in size from start-up to several billions in annual sales.

Mr. Larson holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is actively involved in several local business and civic organizations.


Yuri PikoverYuri Pikover
Mr. Pikover has over 20 years experience in the development, capitalization, and growth of emerging technology companies.

Prior to joining 5square Systems, he was Chairman and CEO of Access 360. He led a company re-organization to facilitate execution of its strategic plan and vision, established the company as a leader in the Resource Provisioning Management industry, and led three successful private funding rounds. He was instrumental in driving Access 360's sale to IBM in October of 2002.

Mr. Pikover was co-founder and Executive Vice President of Xylan Corporation, which was one of the fastest-growing companies in the history of computer networking. During his highly successful term with Xylan, Mr. Pikover was the driving force behind the development of the company's strategy, vision, and technology. He directed the company's strategic technology developments, partnerships, sales, and support structures, and orchestrated relationships with IBM, DEC, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and Alcatel. He was responsible for the sale of Xylan to Alcatel in 1999 for $2 billion.

Mr. Pikover held technical sales and marketing positions at Fibermux Corporation and MICOM Systems Corporation.


Jeff CroweJeff Crowe
Jeff joined Norwest Venture Partners in 2004 and focuses on seed and mid stage investments in software, Internet, and consumer arenas. He currently serves on the board of deCarta, Jigsaw, Lending Club, Nano-Tex, Tuvox, Turn and Wallop. Jeff is responsible for NVP's investment in 5 Square Systems and is actively involved with Cast Iron Systems.

Prior to Norwest, Jeff served as President, COO and board member of DoveBid, Inc., a privately held business auction firm, which expanded during his tenure via internal growth and acquisition from a $10M revenue run rate to a $120M revenue run rate with 400 employees.

From 1990 to 1999, Jeff was co-founder, President, CEO and Board member of Edify Corporation, a venture backed enterprise software company focused on voice and internet e-commerce platforms and applications. Jeff was responsible for all strategic and operational activities at Edify as the company went from start-up in 1990 to $80M in revenue and 400 employees. Edify held its IPO in 1996 and was sold to S1 Corporation in 1999.

Previously, Jeff worked at ROLM Corporation, IBM and Siemens in marketing and general management. Jeff led the marketing for the voice messaging division within ROLM, which grew from startup to $50M in revenue.

Jeff is currently chairman of the board of Hand in Hand Parenting, a non-profit organization, and is past chairman of the board of Theatreworks.

Jeff holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BA in History, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College.


Tae Hea NahmTae Hea Nahm
Tae Hea Nahm is a founding general partner of Storm Ventures. At Storm, Tae Hea has invested in Airespace Networks (where he was also the founding CEO, and acquired by Cisco), Berkana Wireless (where he was Chairman, and acquired by Qualcomm), Com2us (KOSDAQ: A078340), McubeWorks (acquired by Core Logic), and OSA Technologies (acquired by Avocent). His investment focus is in wireless, software, semiconductors and East Asia.

Prior to Storm, Tae Hea was a founding partner of Venture Law Group, a partner of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a cofounder of Novera Optics. Since his first client (incorporating StrataCom), Tae Hea has advised and personally invested in startups in various industries, such as communications (JetCell/Cisco, Netro, Ramp Networks/Nokia, StrataCom/Cisco, Telera/Alcatel, Transmedia/Cisco and Xylan/Alcatel), internet and services (AtRoad and Sina.com), life science/materials (Connectics, Landec and General Surgical Innovation/Tyco), semiconductors (ESS Technology, IC Works/Cypress, Marvell Technology and Quality Semiconductor/IDT), and software (Access360/IBM and Gupta Technologies).

He holds an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College and a JD from University of Chicago Law School. Tae Hea was born in Seoul, Korea. He serves on the board of East Asia Institute.
